Business Set Portfolio
I have had the opportunity to develop business sets as an extension of my design work. This section of my portfolio includes appropriate examples, all of which have been scaled down to fit on screen. Full size downloadable .pdf files are available by clicking on the appropriate links. (Left click = view, right click & save target as = download.) UMI Compliment Slip UMI Business Card
UMI Letterhead Brief: Develop a simple three-piece business set using the new UMI logo and colours. The business card must include all contact details and a short description (provided) of the company's functions.

Creation: I used blank Adobe Illustrator templates to design all three items, ensuring their boundaries were kept within the print margins of an inkjet printer. The compliment slips and business cards were then mass pasted onto one A4 page in order to save paper/card when printing in bulk. Other elements were included throughout the set in order to design an ident that would represent UMI and yet keep the graphics fairly unobtrusive.

A single address made it possible for me to create a single sided business card without compromising quality.

Mighty Gully Invoice
Brief: Develop a business set that compliments the newly designed Mighty Gully logo and uses an appropriate colour scheme. An invoice is required.

Creation: Again, everything was designed in Illustrator from my own blank templates. This business card had to be two sided as cramming everything on one side would have made the business card seem untidy.

St. Oswalds West End Centre.
West End Business Card
West End Compliment Slip
West End Letterhead
Brief: Develop a simple three-piece business set using the provided West End Centre logo and colours.

Creation: I used my blank Adobe Illustrator templates to design all three items. The West End centre logo was inherited, and as is always the way with such things, was a poorly maintained low quality copy of the original. As The client wanted to keep the logo, I decided that I would keep the number of colours to a minimum in order to ensure that the business set did not seem overpowering.

The business card had to feature two sets of contact details and was therefore designed to be two-sided.
