Lowdown
Chase Your Goals is about picking your battles. Finding what you want in life and then going for it rather than idling about on the sofa and hoping for salvation from a humdrum existence.
Once you've accomplished one goal, you can move onto another, something larger. Hence you start off as a rabbit after a carrot, then a ferret after a rabbit (as that's bigger fare) and so on.
No doubt along the way, people will try to tell you it's pointless trying, and that's where the 'screw the views' bit comes in.
